Wildflower honey, local harvest

Wildflower honey from hives set at the edge of meadows and orchards, less than thirty kilometres from the association’s premises. Our beekeeper works gently: no syrup feeding during the flow, and always a share of the harvest left to the colony for the winter.

Cold-extracted, simply filtered and jarred straight away in 250 g pots. Nothing else is done to it — which is why it crystallises naturally after a few months, without any loss of flavour or quality: a warm water bath brings it back to a runny texture.

Buying this jar supports beekeeping that counts its hives rather than its tonnes, and contributes to the association’s work. Availability depends on the season: some years the harvest is short, and we say so rather than topping it up with honey from elsewhere.
