Who sells, and what
The products in this shop are sold by Connections Solidaires (12 rue de Liège, 67000 Strasbourg, France — contact@connectionsolidaires.org), whose statutes provide for the sale of goods on an ancillary basis, in service of its purpose. These are handmade and food products in limited quantities: the photographs are indicative, and slight differences in appearance are normal, since every piece is either unique or made in small batches.
Placing an order on this site implies acceptance of these terms.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros on each product page. [TO BE COMPLETED: the association’s VAT status — state either “not liable for VAT” or the applicable rate.] Any charges for handing over your order are announced in the basket, before payment.
Ordering and payment
Your order runs in four steps: basket, handover method, contact details, summary. Payment is operated by HelloAsso: you are redirected to its secure form, and no bank details pass through this site. The sale is concluded once payment is collected, which we confirm to you by email.
Should a product run out between your order and its preparation, we will contact you to offer either a replacement or a refund.
Handover of your order
- Collection in person — the places and times for collection are shown in the basket, at the point where you choose this method, and repeated in your confirmation email.
- Delivery — the flat-rate shipping charge, and the amount above which it is waived, are shown in the basket before payment. Area served: [TO BE COMPLETED: mainland France, or other]. Dispatch time: [TO BE COMPLETED: number of working days after payment is collected].
Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason. Simply write to us at contact@connectionsolidaires.org. Return the product or products in their original condition — return postage is at your expense — and we will refund you within fourteen days of receiving the return, using the same means of payment.
This right does not apply to foodstuffs whose seal has been broken, for obvious reasons of hygiene. [TO BE COMPLETED: confirm the list of products covered by this exclusion.]
Guarantees
The products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the French Consumer Code and the French Civil Code. Has a product arrived broken, incomplete or not as described? Write to us with a photograph: we will replace or refund it, return postage included.
Complaints and mediation
Write to us first: most difficulties are settled in a single exchange. If a disagreement persists, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer ombudsman [TO BE COMPLETED: name and address of the ombudsman appointed by the association].
