Fair-trade cotton tote bag

GOTS-certified cotton, 240 gsm, sewn in a small-scale workshop. The design is screen-printed by hand, one colour at a time, with a solvent-free water-based ink: it softens with each wash instead of cracking.

Measures 38 × 42 cm, with 65 cm handles for carrying over the shoulder and a reinforcing stitch at each handle corner. The bag takes around ten kilos without losing its shape and machine-washes inside out at 30 °C.

The price covers the cotton, the ink and the screen-printing work; what is left funds the association’s inclusion programmes. It is an everyday object that replaces a few hundred disposable bags on its own — and that says where it comes from.
